Century Academy for Excellence was founded in 2006 after being converted from a long-standing, private elementary school to a charter middle school focusing on grades 6-8. Since its inception, CAFÉ’s focus has been to cultivate the creative and academic skills of its students through art, technology and rigor within an innovative, 21 st century learning environment.

CAFÉ has served as a pillar in the Inglewood Community for over ten years and has partnered with several agencies which encourage cultural relevance and civil responsibility.
